What is Toastmasters?
Toastmasters is an international, non-profit organization, formed by Dr. Ralph C. Smedley in the year 1924, that provides self-motivated individuals the opportunity to improve themselves. Toastmasters is the only organization devoted to making effective oral communication a worldwide reality. Our club is here to help you develop your Communication and Leadership skills by practice that enables and empowers you to build self-confidence, improve self-discipline, and gain an enhanced self-image.
Communication skills
Effective spoken communication requires being able to express your ideas and views clearly, confidently and concisely in speech, tailoring your content and style to the audience and promoting free-flowing communication.

Good time management allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time, which leads to more free time, which lets you take advantage of learning opportunities, lowers your stress, and helps you focus, which leads to more career success.
